Air you seeing what I’m seeing?!

Recently, I had to re-checked in for a flight using the Air France app at the airport, as my flight home had been cancelled last minute (ohhhhh yes, I have some thoughts on that. But we won’t go into that here…)

After successfully re-checking in without an issue, I returned to the ‘Bookings’ section. Here, I found a glitch had appeared! As you see in the video above, the boarding pass section was going… well… berserk! This was a disappointing error on the Air France team’s app and extra stressful considering the circumstances! So unnessecary. Sort out your bugs, Air France!

The UX designers and developers at Air France should be checking all the features of the app for any bugs - not matter how big or small. This is no-doubt a high-traffic app that needs to be in peak performance, at all times.
